TYPES OF GHOST |
|
| THE UNAWARE GHOST |
There is a belief that some entities remain earthbound simply because they don't realise that they are indeed dead, and so continue to go about thier lives as before oblivious to the fact that they no longer exist in a physical sense. |
| THE JEALOUS GHOST |
Although quite rare, there have been accounts of entities attaching themselves to living people. This could possibly be a departed spouse who cannot accept a mate remarrying, or a spurned lover who took their own life only to return and attach themselves to the object of their affections later. Usually only active around the object of their possessiveness (and the sources new found affections), this type of ghost is generally difficult, irritating and hard to get along with. |
| THE DENIAL GHOST |
Though it is unlikely that a stable person would be unaware of their own death, it is possible that there are those who find the idea so traumatic that they live on in total denial of their new reality. |
| THE FEARFUL GHOST |
Some entities are simply too afraid to found out what fate as in store for them and so prefer to live out their existence haunting an environment as opposed to the final judgement that awaits them. |
| THE MISSION GHOST |
Generally a lively entity, it stays earthbound in order to take care of some unfinished business. The mission can be as simple as revealing something that is hidden or as major as finding justice for a murder. Whatever the case may be these types of entity seem intent on achieving their goal, and feel they cannot rest until they have succeeded. |
|
THE CURIOUS GHOST |
ghost that remain for long periods of time, simply to see what they can do. |
|
THE GOODBYE GHOST |
The goodbye ghost is often only seen once, to either say goodbye to a loved one, or to send a message across that they have passed over successfully. |
|
THE SAD GHOST |
The most depressing type of entity, it is so overwhelmed by some tragedy that it continues to wander the earth as if in some state of shock of which it cannot recover. |
| THE MISCHIEVOUS GHOST |
Similar to the curious ghost but with more menacing behaviour. This playful entity, is disinterested in proving the existence of the afterlife but simply enjoys frightening the living. |
| THE ANGRY GHOST |
Negative energy is a force in its own right, so the idea that anger, rage and hatred might keep an entity earthbound is an idea that has to be considered. |
